- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 05, 2020, by Kim MorelliPaid my bill in cash, upgraded my phone and had my receipt emailed. Two weeks later our phones get shut off. Called sprint customer service and they stated our bill wasn't paid. Went into the store and sales rep never apologized for any inconvenience and they still didn't fix our account. We have to come back AGAIN tomorrow to speak to a manager because the manager doesn't work today. So frustrated!
