- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★August 27, 2020, by Terry DegenhartLots of history in this place. Seems to have several businesses open at least 6 days a week and some 7 days. This should be on the national registry of historic places as it was a first for many things when it was built and opened in 1909. I love that they have done what they could to keep the facade as original as possible. Things like the 48 inch wide and seven foot tall doors. The floor has a very unusual feature as well that most people would never know about. The large square areas of glass, are actually the original lighting for the basement area! From the research that I have done this was the original "heart" of downtown.
