  Had an appointment between 12-1 today 11/18/16. The guy called at 12:39 and said he would be there in 20-30 minutes. He never showed up so I called him at 1:19, no answer. Then, I called the shop at 1:27, the gal said she would call to see what was going on. No phone call back by 1:49, so I called them back. She said that she had texted and left him a voicemail and he hadn't called back. She then finally called back at 1:59 stating that she still hadn't gotten ahold of him yet. Finally at 2:19 she got ahold of him but he didn't' give her an answer as to why he wasn't there yet. She asked if I would be OK if they came at 3:30. I told her no that the person I had there, ALL DAY, had to leave and I didn't get off till 4. She apologized but not ONE time did she offer any sort of discount or make the offer to come later AFTER I told her I would be home till after 4. ****NEVER EVER USE THEM, PERIOD*****
