  Have always loved this store until today. In town for my sister's graduation, went to the bakery to pick up the cake for my parents the lady couldn't have been more of a jerk. We stood there for a few minutes getting ignored while one woman "supervised" another decorating a cake. The attitude towards us was completely unnecessary, and the decorating skills were amateur. Not impressed and would recommend never getting custom cakes through that bakery between the horrible attitude, cheesy decorating, and high price for this lovely experience.
