  Poor customer service!!!! Had an appointment for some carpet repair and pad replacement and the workers did not show up at the scheduled time. I understand that there can be delays, but we finally called the office 2 hours beyond the appointment time to check on the status. We were told that they would get to us when they could. Called again 5 hours after the scheduled appointment time and were told they wouldn't make it to out to the house today. What's the purpose of having an appointment and taking time out of our schedule's if a business doesn't have the integrity to do the job they said they could do? Very disappointing and I WOULD NOT recommend this company.

  Was an hour late to original estimate appointment then never returned my call and when I finally caked they were rude. Definitely look elsewhere when looking for flooring!
